Abstract submission

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to August 15. If you have already sent your abstract, there is no need to submit it again with the format specified below. The suggested format is a LaTeX file. The LaTeX template can be downloaded here. After having filled the required fields within the comments, please send it by e-mail. Please do not modify the structure of the document and avoid entering unnecessary return lines. The LaTeX template works as a stand alone document that you can compile and print to check before the submission. Abstracts should be no more than two pages in the specified format. References can be included in the corresponding section of the document. If you want to include a picture, please send it together with the abstract (do not forget to include a caption). For those who do not like LaTeX, a simple text file formatted in the more straightforward way (title, authors, affiliations, abstract body, references) is also acceptable.
