Please note that it would make our lives considerably easier if you could manage to submit your abstract and registration form simultaneously.

Submit the registration form. Closed.
Pay the conference fee*. Closed.
Important: Please do not forget to write your name in the message field when sending the transfer. Please remember that you are not registered until we receive the payment.
*Student presenters and invited speakers — YOU ARE ALL SET (skip this step)
- If you are not a student presenting at the workshop or an invited speaker, your registration is not complete until you pay the conference fee. We will send you a payment receipt and a confirmation of your registration after your payment is processed.
- If you need to cancel your registration and wish to receive a refund of your conference fee, you will have to contact us before the registration deadline. No refunds will be issued after the deadline has passed.
